Zusammenfassung: | A polyester resin is applied by injection under pressure followed by a removal of tension phase. The reinforcement material is applied dry in determined sequences in a geometrically defined moulding tool, the mould is closed, and the activated resin addition is introduced into the reinforcement material pulsatingly from a pressure vessel with corresp. controlled feed by means of compressed air via pipe conduits and a moulding unit with an injection needle. When the mould is approximately 80% filled, it is vented and the covering of the glass fibres by thrust energy feed occurs as does the injection of the residual amt. of resin. USE/ADVANTAGE - To produce wheel axle guides for rail vehicles. A higher proportion of reinforcement material, i.e. greater than 50% is achieved. |
