Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a method and device for the continuous treatment of a cellular suspension, especially whole blood, for obtaining an erythrocyte concentrate which is returned to a patient by autotransfusion. According to the invention, there are three treatment steps, namely sedimentation of the cellular suspension, addition of washing solution to the cell concentrate and renewed sedimentation and separation-off of the washing solution.
