Zusammenfassung:The arrangement has a test object holder, a semiconducting laser light source (4), illumination lens, replaceable objectives and a linear position sensor. The rotatable holder has an angle sensor. An anamorphotic lens system (6), propagation system (5) and a rotatable half-wave plate (8) for intensity regulation are arranged in the illumination beam path. The measurement beam path contains a polarisation beam divider and quarter-wave plate acting as a light valve. Replaceable sensor objectives (12) with cylindrical lenses are located in front of the evaluation unit. A bandpass filter (14) is arranged between the sensor objective (12) and the sensor (10), which is connected to a computer (9). USE/ADVANTAGE - Esp. for testing and adjusting rotatable individual lenses or systems. Actual centres of curvature can be detected using simple optical components and without imaging markers, enabling detection of decentering of surfaces with reflection coefficient of >= 10.
