Voltage selecting circuit for model railway - allows two stabilised preselectable DC voltages to be adjusted by potentiometers with relays or switches for switching between voltages

Two potentiometers are connected so that the applied stabilised voltages can be adjusted. Switches or relays are provided to switch between the voltages, the supply voltage being interrupted for as short a time as possible. An RC arrangement is connected to smooth voltage changes at switch-on and when switching between voltages. Arrangements of transistors, diodes and resistors are provided to indicate the presence of one or more consumers. USE/ADVANTAGE - Provides preselectable DC voltages to one or more consumers, e.g. for operating model trains at different preselected voltages.
