Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:The ejector has a plunger tool passing through the mould wall on the opposite side to the outlet opening, and the plunger is driven to and fro towards that outlet. The plunger has a centre bore for compressed air connected to a compressed air source, and the end nearer to the outlet opening has outlet(s) for the air. In the fig. the mould (1) has an enclosing wall (4) and is filled with mixed scrap, and is open at one end and the other end is (4.1) flat and has the opening passed through by the ejector (5). This has a centre bore (6) fed (12) from a source (7) of compressed air through a valve (9) connected to a light-sensitive sensor (10). The sensor is protected from compressed air by a gas-tight glass plate (13). The plunger (5) is pref. lowered to meet the shot (3) which is pressed out of the mould (4) until the wall meets a sealing ring (14). The valve (9) is opened and compressed air presses the face of the shot. The shot meets the inclined baffle (22) and is removed. ADVANTAGE - The ejector reliably demoulds large prismatic mouldings in the longitudinal direction. It is small and requires min. energy for the operation.
