A standard, vertically mobile package rail is provided with a package holder, flyer impellers and a spindle with a spindle mount. A storage system provided controlled and by the textile machine, is located above the package rail. Below the storage mover,there is provided a package creel that moves vertically as far as the package rail and can be inserted into the textile machine between the spindle and the package rail. The creel has mandrels for receiving or transferring the full packages or empty tubes. Inside the package rail, there is provided a switch mechanism tha corresponds to the spindle holder. ADVANTAGE - Ensures easy access to the spinning components during the whole of the spinning process, and is simple and compact.
