Zusammenfassung:	The anti-theft device has mechanical connection between internal handles or locks and the locks for the hood (bonnet), petrol cap and trunk (boot). The mechanical connection comprises a pair of cables with a coupling cylinder between them. One cable end is rigidly connected to the cylinder, the other is connected to a spring-loaded slider within it. Relative motion between this member and the cylinder can be prevented by the release of a locking pin via a solenoid, thus giving a rigid connection between cables.The solenoid is activated remotely using a radio or infra-red beam. ADVANTAGE - Increases vehicle security.
