Zusammenfassung: | The production line is used for coating elongate workpieces. The workpieces first pass through a cleaning station (4) consisting of washing (5), rinsing (6) and drying areas. The workpieces then pass through a heating station (8) with several heating elements (9). The heating station is followed by a coating and evaporation station (10,22). The coating material consists of a web supplied from a reel (14). It is coated with glue (15) and is then pressed into the surfaces of the workpieces. The coated surfaces of the workpieces are then gently warmed, to 50 or 60 deg. C. USE/ADVANTAGE - Economical coating of wooden beams etc. with web material supplied from reel. |
