Zusammenfassung:	The bumper section (11,12) is fitted with a protrusion (22,23). These protrusions have sprung wings (24,27). The width of the holes through which they pass is less than the maximum wing width. The bumper section is further fitted with flanges (37) which have a raised centre portion (44). The bumper is fixed by passing the protrusions through the corresponding holes. It is then raised (a) so that the flanges meet and the raised portions locate in holes (43). ADVANTAGE - Rapid assembly without the need to gain access to the opposite side of that being worked.
