Zusammenfassung:To form a diagnosis of tissue material contg. tumours, after the application of a fluorescent substance, the fluorescent materials have photosensitisers with absorption bands at wavelength of more than 700 nm. Bacterio chlorophyll and its derivs. are the pref. photosensitisers. The fluorescent material is activated, for the fluorescence to be registered in two, three or four channels to be evaluated in a selective spectral and/or phase operation. The lens (6), with a sensor (7), together with a preamplifier is linked to a light source (5) through an optic fibre channel (4) in a probe (3). The detection probe (3) is linked through a detection amplifier (8) to a control computer (9). The computer (9) is connected to the light source (5) and a signal output (10). ADVANTAGE - The method gives a simple technique to give a clear indication of healthy and tumerous tissue material through fault-free register of the difference between auto and marker fluorescence of the body cpds. It gives a wide range of applications to test tissue material without distress to the patient.
