Zusammenfassung:The objective (7) is arranged in the direction of the shaft (6), for the frontal observation of a region laying in front of the tip. An ocular or other viewing aperture is arranged in the vicinity of the end of the trocar lying opposite the tip. The optical system corresponds to that of an endoscope. An illumination unit (2) is provided adjacent to the optical system. The illumination unit is arranged in a ring shape around the optical system. The illumination unit (2) has light conducting fibres. A rinsing duct is provided for cleaning purposes, which has an opening in the vicinity of the optic. USE/ADVANTAGE - Simple trocar developed which is equipped for penetration into operation region, so that in any event complete control is ensured.
