Zusammenfassung:	The air-conditioning unit uses a refrigeration device which can also be used as a heat pump, in the form of a Stirling heat pump (10) driven via an electric motor (16), with a reversible direction of rotation. Pref. the heat pump has a heat exchanger (12) forming part of the cooling circuit (5) for the vehicle propulsion drive (6), with a second heat exchanger (7) for removal of heat via a cooling air stream. Another heat exchanger (11) associated with the heat pump forms part of a heat transfer circulation loop (4) with a heat exchanger (3) for removing heat from the conditioned air for the passenger space. ADVANTAGE - Simple switching between cooling and heating modes.
