Unambiguous pipe connection system for tank wagon delivery - allows tank identification and information transmission by encoded currents through hoses between wagon and stationary tanks
The four sections (1-4) of the wagon are equipped with stop valves (12-15) in connections for the flexible hoses (5,6) through which selected stationary tanks (8-11) are replenished. An additional hose (7) is connected between common tank couplings (34,29) for outgassing. Electric currents with supe...

Zusammenfassung: | The four sections (1-4) of the wagon are equipped with stop valves (12-15) in connections for the flexible hoses (5,6) through which selected stationary tanks (8-11) are replenished. An additional hose (7) is connected between common tank couplings (34,29) for outgassing. Electric currents with superimposed clock pulses are transmitted through the hoses (5-7) and switched in accordance with a codeword processed by the wagon controller. Current encoding and processing takes place only during the period of the clock pulse. ADVANTAGE - Highly flexible system proof against disturbances and can be adapted to different applications. |
