Zusammenfassung: | Between the brake (1) and the processing station (5) each conductor (3) is assigned to a low friction inertia disc or wheel (4). The assigned conductor is held around the circumference of the wheel by friction. The product of the weight and the inertia radius of the wheel is at least as big as for a solid 250g wheel with a dia. of 20cm. The conductor meets the circumference (11) of the wheel at such an angle as to cause a friction lock which is smaller than the friction force of the conductor and is bigger than 1N. A sensor (21) may be coupled to the wheel to detect the angle of rotation and/or the number of revolutions of the wheel. ADVANTAGE - Conductors fed to processing station simultaneously and without jerking. |
