Zusammenfassung:In a bath for in-vitro testing of organ tissue with medical test substances, in which a gassed nutrient soln. contg. the test substance flows around the tissue mounted in a chamber, the nutrient soln. gassing chamber (4) communicates with the adjacent tissue holding chamber (3) by means of upper and lower connection holes (21a, b; 22). ADVANTAGE - Use of the separate gassing chamber avoids perturbation of the tissue sample and measurement errors, while minimising the requisite amount of expensive test substances.
