In a preferred, exemplary embodiment, the exhaust nozzle flap seal is disposed in combination with a vectorable, axisymmetric, variable area exhaust nozzle and is also effective for accommodating twist of the flap seal when the exhaust nozzle is positioned for vectoring thrust. |
