Zusammenfassung:Sheet (I) comprises (A) at least one layer of thermoplastic mixt. of (A1) partly crosslinked graft acrylate rubber, (A2) at least one partly crosslinked alkyl acrylate rubber and (A3) opt. a styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer and/or PMMA and (B) layer of foamed tough-elastic polyurethane. USE/ADVANTAGE - (I) has leather-like appearance, produced by calandering and deep drawing, for inner cladding of motor vehicles. Adhesion between (A) and (B) is good and more resistant to long term ageing than comparable composite sheets based on PVC and does not contain volatile additives which tend to migrate, nor halogen. In an example, (A) comprised 100 pts. Prod. 3.5 in Table 1 of DE 3743489, 3.0 pts. polycaprolactone, mol. wt. 50000, 2.5 pts. high mol. styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer (Staudinger index, DMF, 25 deg.C, 10 dl/g.) and 4.0 pts. rutile pigment. (A) was laid in a mould 20 x 20 x 2 cm. then polyurethane compsn. comprising 100 pts. wt. trifunctional polyester of OH no. 35 (obtd. by propoxylating then ethoxylating (ethylene oxide content 13%) trimethylolpropane), 2.5 pts. wt. water, 0.5 pt. wt. 1,4-diazabicyclo-(2.2.0) octane as 33% soln. in dipropylene glycol and 47 pts. polymeric MDI was applied on (A).
