Zusammenfassung:The wire guide is for use during the mfr. of helical springs. It consists of a guide shoe with a top wire guide channel, and a roller, located on the shoe at the open channel end. There is a gap for the wire between roller and channel. The roller (9) is pressed hydraulically or pneumatically against the wire (5). The roller is turnably located in the guide head (10), which is positioned at the end of the piston rod (12) of a hydraulic (13) or pneumatic cylinder. USE - Guide mechanism is for wires of varying constant diameters, and conical wires.
