Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a process for the production of layered structures of fibre-reinforced ceramic, in which the starting substance for the ceramic matrix consists of an organosilicon polymer and a ceramic or metallic powder. The organosilicon polymer is crosslinked under increased pressure and at elevated temperature. After joining the surface layers and the honeycomb core, the layered structure is pyrolysed to form a ceramic. The ceramic material obtained is remarkable, in particular, for high heat and chemical resistance accompanied by good strength properties and low density.
