Evaluating amplitude classified signals e.g. ECG signals - using preprocessed classification signal to control direction of up=down counter
The signal evaluation method involves using a preprocessed classification signal (F) to control an up/down counter's (Z) direction. A controller (ST) gates one of two counter clock signals (T1, T2) depending on its direction and blocks them when the maximum or minimum count is reached and the d...

Zusammenfassung: | The signal evaluation method involves using a preprocessed classification signal (F) to control an up/down counter's (Z) direction. A controller (ST) gates one of two counter clock signals (T1, T2) depending on its direction and blocks them when the maximum or minimum count is reached and the direction reversed. The counter state (N) is compared (K1, K2) with threshold levels (S1, S2) to set or reset an RS flip-flop (RS) whose output indicates whether the classification signal has a primarily high or low potential over a long period. USE/ADVANTAGE - The fully integrable circuit, esp. for evaluating ECG. signals, is insensitive to temp. and supply voltage fluctuations. |
