Zusammenfassung:	The sensor for several force/torque components compensates for the deformations caused by the sensor function by actively applying countering forces under control. Parasitic deformations are also compensated for. Elements which are not required for the detection of force deformations are eliminated and displacement sensors can be used as a substitute the deformations sensors. ADVANTAGE - Minimises measurement errors caused by deformation of structure of sensor components.
