Zusammenfassung:	A steam distributor (3) is assembled from a jacket (6) on which a heating coil (9) is wound and soldered, and a container (7) wherein a standpipe (8) is secured to the floor (10) and opens (12) into the upper space, whence the vapour of water (11) boiled in the container can flow into the space (13) surrounding the food. The jacket (6) and container (7) are held together by ribs (14) under the floor (10) which is secured in the wall of the oven by bayonet connections (15). ADVANTAGE - Steam distributor is equally suitable for microwave oven.
