Zusammenfassung:The amplifier with large band width of the frequency range has a DC SQUID array (18) to be cooled by liquefied nitrogen. The SQUIDS (3,3j) are made of a metal oxide superconductor. These are normally conductive SQUID branches (Zi) of series-connected SQUIDs. To each branch is allocated a metal oxide, superconductive ground plane conductors. A preset number of SQUIDs has a common gate conductor with an associated eath conductor for inductive energising of the SQUIDs along the SQUID branches in a single direction. The SQUID branches, ground palne conductors, gate conductors, and earch conductors are pref. formed by strip lines. ADVANTAGE - Interference free HF operation in increased performance region above 500 mW.
