Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:	The polishing head (20) is supended from a portal frame structure (11, 12, 13, 15) having servo-motor driven slide movements in the X, Y and Z co-ordinate directions. Additionally the head can be serving about the vertical axis of the hanger (18) and a horizontal pivot (19) on axis RX. The weight of the head is counterbalanced by a pneumatic cylinder system acting about the RX axis. The polishing mop is driven by a hydraulic motor with steplessly variable speed control. The disks of the mop are axially clamped on the spindle by a pneumatic cylinder which also applies an oscillating axial movement to the mop sandwich. The work carrier (22) rests on a worktable (21) which has a powerful extraction system. USE/ADVANTAGE - Machine produces great variety of automatic polishing programmes to suit type and geometry of work. Better surface quality.
