It includes an axially stepped ring flange with a central cylinder bush (11) that protrudes towards the plastics component (7). The plastics component (7) is provided with a cylindrical bore (17) with a stepped dia. near its outside end. When the cylinder bush (17) is located in the stepped bore, a self tapping screw (25) is installed through the cylinder bush in order to secure the assembly. USE/ADVANTAGE - Single screw provides reliable fixing of sheet metal component on a plastic component.
