Control line guidance on multiaxis robot arms - has central, flexible tubular guide for lines and ensures safe, damage free operation

A control circuit guide on a multiaxis movable arm e.g. for robots is desribed. The power circuits, which can be electrical, pneumatic or hydraulic pass along a rotating body to a swivelling member via a swivelling axis. The arrangement and guidance of the power circuits (17,18,19) to the connecting piece (8) in the region of the swivelling axis (2E) is governed by a tubular flexible guide (16) which surrounds one part of the power circuits (17,18,19) and separates from the other. The flexible guide ends (16) are approx. parallel and central to the rotating axis 1D/3P. On one side of the swivel axis (2E) the power line runs to the rotating body (6), on the other it runs to the connector (8).
