Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a needle bar for stitch-bonding machines, with needles which possess a head shaped into a tip and having a hook for forming the thread space closable by means of a slide, and in which the front-end bottoms of the thread spaces of all the needles lie in one plane. The invention is to reduce the wear of machine parts and the noise emission of the stitch-bonding machine and afford preconditions for increasing the performance of the machine. The essence of the invention is that groups of needles have different distances between the front-end bottom of the thread space and the needle tip.
