The electric motor is actuated via an actuator (6) by a controller (5) to which an additional torque M*R, dependent on the vehicle speed, is transmitted. The controller has a dead element which produces the characteristic curve and which effects control only when the torque M*R acting on the controller (5) exceeds a certain limit value. This results in an excellent impression of contact with the road for the driver and optimally assisted steering. |
