Zusammenfassung: | The process describes the durable marking of rubber articles having convexly shaped surfaces. A substrate is provided with a heat-soluble base layer and a marking is applied mirror-invertedly to the base layer, the marking being arranged in a sandwich-like structure between two coating layers. The sandwich-like structure of coating layers and coloured marking is transferred by the application of pressure and heat to the convexly shaped surface of a raw rubber article, in which, due to the influence of the heat, the heat-soluble base layer melts, while the coating layer facing the article has an adhesive effect. After transfer, coating layers and marking are vulcanised with the raw rubber article. |
