Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a method for the volumetrically correct delivery of liquids in the microfilter range and ultramicrofilter range. The method is principally used in clinical chemistry laboratories, but also in the water industry and agriculture. In this method, the predosed liquid is passed into the outlet orifice of the metering apparatus and there the liquid skin formed therefrom at this position with a part of its volume is set in vibration until this liquid skin detaches with the residual volume of the predosed liquid fed to it and taken up by it. The vibrations are directed to the liquid volume perpendicularly to the direction of movement of the liquid.
