Zusammenfassung:Dispersible, doped coforms of barium titanate are substantially spherical, intimately mixed on a particle size scale and submicron with narrow particle size distributions. The primary particle size of the doped coforms is in the range of 0.05 to 0.4 microns. The amount of dopant oxide or oxides contained in the coform ranges from greater than zero to 10 percent. Regardless of the dopant or dopants selected, all of the coforms are identified by the same, unique morphological characteristics.
