Zusammenfassung:In order to reduce leakages in pipeline systems in predominantly hydraulic installations for the high-pressure and low-pressure ranges up to 320 bar, as an alternative to the known metallically sealing cutting-ring pipe connection systems, a pipe connection system has been invented which, just as the weld-on cone pipe connection system which is generally recognised as being reliable, uses a sealing cone with elastic O-ring sealing. The problem with the connection between shafted sealing cone and the pipe which is to be connected has been solved in that a pipe is equipped with an associated conical union nut, a fitting deformation wedge ring and a shafted sealing cone which fits, with the shaft, accurately into the internal diameter of the pipe and exhibits a recess behind the shoulder of the sealing cone and a sealing ring at the beginning of the shaft. By screw-connecting said pipe, which is fitted out in this manner, to a screw-connection body in accordance with DIN 2353 or ISO 8434, while maintaining a minimum tightening moment, the positively locking connection of the shafted sealing cone to the pipe takes place. The leaktightness of this connection is ensured by the sealing ring on the shaft and a metal adhesive with which the shaft is additionally provided. By sinking the pipe wall into the recess of the shafted sealing cone, a metallic sealing, furthermore, results.
