Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:	A circuit is specified for testing the functioning of the catalytic converter of motor vehicles and having lambda control. The circuit includes a controllable switch between the output of the lambda probe and the input of the lambda controller and a control unit which contains a threshold value circuit and a timing element, and opens the controllable switch for the length of a first interval as a function of the slope and a pre-enterable first threshold value of the probe voltage. A holding circuit is further provided between the controllable switch and the input of the lambda controller which, with the switch closed, outputs the probe voltage current at the respective time to the lambda controller and, with the switch opened, applies a predetermined first test voltage to the lambda controller during the first test interval.
