Zusammenfassung:The equipment set is intended for the temporary post-operative articulated fixation of ulna and humerus relative to one another in such a manner that virtually load-free movement exercises can be performed after osteosynthesis of a comminuted fracture of the cubital joint. According to the invention, this equipment set comprises 1. an axis adjusting device (1) with two centring tips (6, 7) which can be moved towards one another and can be fixed at the points of emergence of the joint axis at the lower humerus, and with a centring axis (8) extending outside the joint axis and coaxially thereto, as well as 2. an external movement tightener (35) with a joint (36) which can be displaceably arranged on the centring axis (8) and comprises two joint arms (37, 38) pivotable about the joint axis, namely an ulnar joint arm (37) which can be connected by screwing to the ulna with the aid of screw nails (41) passed through the skin of the patient, and a humerus joint arm (38) which can be connected analogously by screwing to the humerus with the aid of screw nails (43). An axis control compass (25) is preferably used and comprises a joint sleeve (26) which can be pushed on to the auxiliary axis (8) and is pivotable about the latter, and a probe tip (27) which is connected to the joint sleeve via articulated members (28, 29, 30) and whose position can be adjusted relative to the sleeve (26) (Fig. 3).
