Zusammenfassung:	A method of producing a mixture that contains rubber or rubber-like material, and carbon black. The method includes the steps of adding to the rubber or rubber-like material a portion only of the intended total quantity of carbon black, thereupon preheating the above in a high-frequency alternating field, and subsequently adding in the remainder of the intended total quantity of carbon black. Expediently, approximately up to a maximum of one-third of the intended total quantity of carbon black is added to the rubber prior to the preheating step.
