Zusammenfassung:	An adjustable reading lamp which is provided in particular for fastening to an internal mirror of a motor vehicle has a spherical segment carrier which is mounted so as to be pivotable to all sides and through which a light channel is guided, and a filament lamp which is arranged at the back end of the light channel on the carrier. The intention is to achieve a high light efficiency with a filament lamp of low power. This is achieved in that, seen from the light channel, a reflector is behind the filament lamp. The reflector in particular consists of a spherical reflector surface and a conical reflector surface which envelopes the spherical reflector surface.
