Zusammenfassung:The invention provides for the quasi-continuous measurement of density and viscosity of, preferably low viscosity, fluids and is therefore suitable, for example, for quality control in the foodstuffs industry and in biotechnical processes. Aim of the invention is an apparatus which allows the viscosity and density of a small amount of measurement material to be portrayed almost simultaneously as an electrical signal which makes possible immediate further processing by microprocessor to give the required material and quality parameters. According to the invention, the object is achieved by a combination of a capillary viscometer and a vibrational density measurement device in the following way: the functional unit determining the measurement signal formation of both measurement parameters is used both as outlet capillary of the viscometer and for density-dependent vibration generation.
