Zusammenfassung:To desublimate aluminium chloride vapour present in a gas mixture, the gas mixture is introduced at an angle of from 20 to 70@, measured against the flow direction of the fluidising gas, into a fluidised bed of aluminium chloride particles. The feed temperature of the gas mixture should be below the triple-point temperature of aluminium chloride. The entry velocity of the gas mixture is from 1 to 30 m/sec.
