Zusammenfassung:	In a device for removing pollutants from flue gases, there is a first heat-exchanger system for a liquid coolant on the exhaust side, in the gas pass of a flue-gas duct, and following it a second heat-exchanger system for a gaseous coolant, as well as a reaction vessel for neutralising the condensation products collected by means of the heat exchangers. To prevent sooting up of the chimney and to increase the chimney draught, the outlet (17.2.4) of the second heat-exchanger system (16.2) for the heated gaseous coolant is connected to a gas duct (17.2.5), which ends directly or indirectly in the flue-gas duct (1), after the second heat-exchanger system (16.2).
