Zusammenfassung: | A sailboard with flexible stern has a hull with an outer skin and a core component. The core component consists of a foam core (16) that is shorter than would correspond to the overall length of the hull, and a flexible stern plate (18), which essentially extends the length of the foam core to the overall length of the hull. Onto this core component, an upper half-shell (17.1) of the outer skin is pressed from above, and a lower half-shell (17.2) is pressed from below. The half-shells are glued to the core component. The sailing properties of a sailboard are determined mainly by the contour, flexibility and damping properties of the stern of the hull. In the sailboard according to the invention, it is possible to optimise these properties of the stern independently of the material used for the outer skin and the foam core in a simple fashion, due to the separate stern plate. |
