Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:In the method, the metal ions are electrolytically converted, in at least one electrolysis cell, to an oxidation stage in which they form anionic complexes, one or more cationic surfactants are added to the solution, and the precipitates formed in this process are floated with the aid of a gas and thereby removed from the solution. The object of the invention is to avoid, with less effort than in the case of the methods belonging to the prior art, interfering chemical reactions, such as reoxidation of metal ions etc., to ensure complete complexing and precipitation and to render any use of chemical correction reactions superfluous. This is achieved by causing a flotation gas to be evolved, continuously or discontinuously, simultaneously at least at one of the electrodes and by establishing the oxidation stage necessary for the precipitation of at least one of the metal-ion components at least at one of the electrodes.
