Zusammenfassung: | The drive assembly for vehicles, especially passenger motor vehicles, has a drive engine (1) formed by a reciprocating piston internal combustion engine, a flywheel (3), rigidly connected to the crankshaft (2) of the internal combustion engine, for balancing out the torque irregularities of the internal combustion engine, a separating and starting clutch (8) arranged between the drive engine and the driven wheels and an infinitely variable transmission (4). In order to create a more favourable assembly with regard to the balancing out of torque irregularities and a stationary adjustment of the infinitely variable transmission, it is proposed that the flywheel (3) be connected free from play to the input element of the infinitely variable transmission (4) and that the separating and starting clutch (8) be arranged on the output side of the output element of the infinitely variable transmission. It is further proposed that a clutch (30), equipped with a spring damper device (33, 34, 35) be provided between the flywheel (3) and the input element (5) of the infinitely variable transmission (4). |
