Zusammenfassung: | In order to automate the detection of soldering points which have not melted, the automatic solder-wire feed comprises a non-driven auxiliary slide, on which the tin-feed motor with friction drive, e.g. pinion, and guide sleeve are arranged, and furthermore a transducer. If the tin has not melted, the solder wire is supported on the soldering point and the motor, which continues to run, displaces the movable part of the slide counter to the solder-wire feed direction. A transducer is thereby acted upon, which stops the feed motor or reverses its polarity. This operation serves as a criterion for a defective soldering point and if need be switches on a correction routine. |
