Zusammenfassung: | At least two sensor controlled evaluation circuits for the control of pressure or injection moulding machines, in which the movement of a piston in a housing with determined volume controls the amount of casting material fed into the mould per time unit. The evaluation circuits are connected to a common sensor designed to read at least two parameter functions. Further claims include use of a piezo-crystal pressure emitter, a temp. probe in the piston area connected to a memory for temp. comparisons over time periods, a position generator for the monitoring of piston movement, a servo-actuator in a cooling circuit, at least one dwell-pressure piston controlled by a comparison step which compares the output signal from the temp. gauge with a preset value and a threshold value switch. USE/ADVANTAGE - With increasing controls required for injection moulding machines, more and more probes are required. More sensors require space and openings in the walls causing sealing problems. This invention reduces the number of sensors by increasing the number of measured parameters per sensor avoiding the sealing problems and consequently reducing the excessive wear to which all sensors are subject. Additionally more accuracy can be achieved in controlling the process because comparison of parameters can be made from one sensor where previously comparison was made from sensors in different positions with different conditions. |
