| Zusammenfassung: | An arrangement for linearisation of a transmitter amplifier output stage has a controllable attenuator, comprising, for example, PIN diodes, between the radio-frequency signal source and the output stage. An envelope signal is derived in each case from the signal source signal and the output stage output signal. The control signal for the controllable attenuator is generated from the difference between the two envelope signals. Along with a reduction in the intermodulation products of the output stage, the invention increases the efficiency of the output stage, simplifies the power supply and cooling and thereby reduces costs. |
