Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a light-emitting semiconductor structure which is suitable, in particular, for producing LEDs and semiconductor lasers based on diffused V-groove semiconductor structures. An increased light output power is achieved without otherwise altering the electrical excitation conditions by forming, parallel to the V-groove, at least one reflecting surface which prevents a lateral propagation of the light produced.
