Cutting roller for road-grooving machines

The invention relates to a cutter roller (1) for road-grooving machines, with a cutter roller tube (2) having a plurality of tool holders (11) and coupled via a plurality of feather keys (4-9) to a cutter shaft (3). The object of the invention is to provide, while avoiding the abovementioned disadvantages, a cutting roller of the general type mentioned at the beginning, whose cutter roller tube is non-positively and/or positively coupled to the cutter shaft in such a protective way that, on the one hand, damage to these two essential parts during the working operation is prevented and only part which still needs to be replaced as a wearing part is the coupling element. This object is achieved according to the invention in that all of the feather keys consist of entropy-elastic pins (4-9) and form a flexible coupling between cutter shaft (3) and cutter roller tube (2).
