Zusammenfassung:In a disc crusher (1) having a crusher casing (2) and, rotatably mounted therein, a crusher disc (7), above which a crusher cone (17) is rotatably mounted in a bearing casing (23) in an inclined manner so as to form a radial crusher throat, the bearing casing (23) being guided in an axially displaceable manner together with the crusher cone (17) and axially adjustable support surfaces (32, 41) being provided, against which the bearing casing (23) is braced by means of springs (47, 48), which are supported against spring stops (49, 50), the suspension of the crusher cone (17) is to be configured so that, at different crusher throat levels, uniform fractions are crushed. This is achieved in that a flange (31) of the bearing casing (23) is connected to the casing upper part (3) by means of stay bolts (51, 52), which run freely through bores in the flange (31) and through the springs (47, 48) and by means of an upper and of a lower flange body (32, 33), in that the upper and lower flange bodies (32, 33) have opposed external threads (36, 37) and are enclosed on the outside by an adjusting nut (38) which, on its inner surface, has threads which correspond to the threads of the upper and lower flange bodies (32, 33), in that the adjusting nut (38) has a gear rim (39), which is connected to an adjusting gear and a fixing gear, and in that a fitted spring (35) is attached to the lower end of the bearing casing (23), and is seated in a groove in the inner surface of the lower flange body (33).
