Low-temperature carbonisation of fuel-containing raw meals in clinker production
If clinker production has available to it, besides low-fuel raw meals, also raw meals which contain fuel-containing components (lignite, oil, black coal, tarry constituents), then the heat energy of the latter can also be used for deacidification and/or sintering, if this raw meal (12) is heated to...

Zusammenfassung: | If clinker production has available to it, besides low-fuel raw meals, also raw meals which contain fuel-containing components (lignite, oil, black coal, tarry constituents), then the heat energy of the latter can also be used for deacidification and/or sintering, if this raw meal (12) is heated to at least 400 DEG C in a reactor (11) by mixing with low-fuel, preheated raw meal (13, 14) and the carbonisation gases (38) thus formed, insofar as they are not directly burnt in the reactor (11), are fed in at a point having a higher temperature in the preheater, calciner (2) or rotary tube furnace (1). |
