Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a device for processing and preserving animal or vegetable tissue parts 6 while preserving the vital freshness by comminution and freezing, the tissue parts 6 being simultaneously comminuted, cooled by means of a low-temperature liquefied gas and/or shock frozen in a single working step, having a vessel 2 for receiving the tissue parts 6, at least one comminuting and/or mixing device 4, a stock tank for low-temperature liquefied gas and a gas feed line 7 communicating with the latter. In order to achieve a finely dispersed liquefied-gas input into the tissue parts by means of a liquefied-gas introduction device and to avoid blockages of the liquefied-gas introduction device, a conical flat nozzle 1 is arranged according to the invention at the end of the gas feed line 7 in the vicinity of the tissue parts, without contact with the latter. In a preferred embodiment of the device according to the invention, a wire netting 9 is arranged in the conical flat nozzle 1 for particularly good dispersion and effective introduction of liquefied gas. |
